Guacamole is a mix of mashed avocado, tomato, and spices. The avocado comes from south-central Mexico, where it naturally grows. We can trace the beginnings of guacamole to the Aztecs, who lived in the region. Aztecs and Spaniards both liked to grow and cultivate the avocado . We are thankful to them because, at Garibaldi's, we are delighted to serve guacamole!
